I set up TLC in 2019 having spent over 30 years wearing all sorts of hats in the world of aviation.
As part of the senior management team in a small organisation, I helped that company grow into an internationally renowned major player with an enviable reputation. I turned my hand to pretty much anything that was required and loved the variety of those challenges.
I believe the key to any business success is clear communications; leading to effective engagement with our teams and our customers.
Bringing The Liquorice Consultancy to life enables me to honour my personal values - integrity, loyalty, compassion, positivity and excellence.
I enjoy helping my clients develop relationships - through whatever appropriate means - and sustain them, whether times are challenging or their business is flying high.
I also collaborate with like-minded individuals and businesses in order to provide the very best support for my clients.
