PCL approached with a request to push their event seminars to the next level. Responsibilities include developing, delivering and moderating the hugely popular seminar programme staged at each Pilot Careers Live and PCL Virtual event. The seminars cover subjects of key interest for would-be commercial pilots and are presented by some of the aviation industry’s top professionals.

Focusing on the customer experience

Skyborne has an innovative approach to pilot training which includes a key focus on customer service.

My function is two-fold: Firstly, to manage the NPS roll out, tracking, reporting, TNA analysis and developing/delivering staff training in response to customer feedback.  

Secondly, to deliver a two-day customer service module for all pilots undergoing their initial training.

All things customer-related

VA is an independent Approved Training Organisation (ATO) based in Cambridge, UK. 

A 6-month project to develop and deliver a new customer engagement strategy which included restructuring, managing and coaching the Airline Training Advice team and increasing brand awareness through effective use of budget.
